The amount of pressure and hard work an idol go through starting from their childhood... some even start their training from very childhood...so its not uncommon to have at least two or three members from a group suffering from several kinds of pain or going through mental health problems.... we only see the brightest side of an idol and only watch them once they started to shine... but never for once we try to understand what they went through to come at this point where are they now... there's a huge difference between normal pop Idol and kpop idol.... and the way K-pop is getting famous day by day...i really feel sorry for those who want to be one of these idols thinking what they have to go through for becoming like this...😔😔😔

I hope he takes lots of time off, I wouldn't mind if he is not present in the group activities. This type of pain hurts a lot sometimes it can make you unable to stand and or walk. I ve been dealing with lower back pain for almost 3 years now it hender me at work if I push my self too much when I come home I cant move because of the pain, if I sit down I cant stand and walk because the pain travels down my legs....... sometimes you cant sleep because the pain too ...... boy I wish you take care of your body...... we are not worth putting yourself in a wheelchair I rather you stand and be able to walk then see you cry from no longer being able to do what you love

I think mingyu doing work out and weight lifting for example if you do squats wrong , it's easy to slip into bad habits with squats, which can lead to injuries in the lower back, knees, or hips
