There were several defensive possessions where Dzoe started out physical/bodying Cinco but ended up contesting the shot with his hands straight up without fouling. Cinco just didn’t hit shots. Mentally soft & physically soft is what i saw from Cinco. Cinco barely attempted to play defense also, and that disrespect landed him a L. Dzoe is probably the least talented and least respected player in their squad so i fuck with the sideline rooting for the underdog. If Cinco is really like that & has played at higher levels, this should’ve been a cake walk honestly.

I see both sides. Lots of fouls and contact that should of been called. However, also a lot of softer calls too. If you want to get foul calls you have to do 2 things. First you have to get physical back on offense and look more assertive instead of just crumbling. Then on defense flipping foul back. Give it back to him, make him call a foul so you have leverage on your next call. All thats easier said than done though. A lot of skilled players dont like to play like that because it leads to injury in a silly pick up game. However, at the end of the day Cinco should of had more energy and fought for the calls if he wanted them. Not a fan of Fomby mic'ed up or somebody trying to square up after they initiated the physical exchange. Too bad it wasn't against somebody who would not tolerate that flex.

Some dudes are just there to hoop and not on the dumb stuff. The older I get the more I respect people who can walk away, even though I wouldn't. You can fight in a backyard or go to any boxing or MMA gym if you want to fight that bad. Its also kind of pathetic to bully and get physical with somebody who is clearly not instigating it or engaging you at that level. Its also not good for small and average size players to play like that. Because that style will 100% get clamped up & bulldozed by much larger,stronger, higher level competition if you try it at a higher level. Cinco could still add some more SMART physicality and aggressiveness to his though. Especially seeing the whole house is really against him. He shouldn't want to go out like that.
