@David H. Holmes I wish you the best man cuz alcohol is hands-down the most dangerous to withdraw from the detox is very dangerous. Heroin you feel like you're going to die but alcohol is the most dangerous without a doubt and after that it's the benzodiazepines Xanax and Valium because of the seizures that you can have detoxing from them. My mom had a very good friend I had never heard of it before but he had what's called a bleed out. Not from detoxing he just drank so many peso vodka day I had never even heard of a blade up until that man had one that's the only one I've ever known somebody that had it. I don't know you but she'll be in my prayers wish you success in all your battles. I never got physically addicted to alcohol but I can't drink because Ana's instant a****** just add alcohol I usually get very violent whenever I drink I don't drink anymore Plus I have relapsed before because I'll get drunk and then you get where you're thinking all I could do a couple it just makes me weak minded where are more apt to do something like relapse. Much respect to you I wish you the best truly
@tashunkawitco8484 Жыл бұрын
I wish you nothing but success in your battle you can do anything you set your mind to. For me what helps is I try not to tell myself all I'll never use again never seems too much for me I just go day-by-day wake up each day and today's what I focus on at first it was hour-by-hour nothing but respect to you Junior wishing you success man and as a manic depressive bipolar I have intermittent explosive disorder my neurologist seems to think that's because I was put on Ritalin that 3 years old until I was 13 Eastside long-term studies show that that makes the frontal cortex not as developed and there's not as many neurotransmitters so sometimes my actions get ahead of my thinking but I wish you much success man

Currently hooked onto opiates and been wanting to quit for a while now, hate looking at myself and whats happened to me and my priorities and the choices I've made with my addiction. Hate feeling like I can't start my day without a pill in my system. Dont commit crimes at all and have a full time job but at the end of the day it just seems like its just to support my habit. Been thinking of going to a methadone clinic but people say thats not gonna fix the problem and am scared of going to rehab and revealing my problem to friends and loved ones. Thanks for your videos bro and keep doing the great work.

Alright y'all, heres the deal. I have the training to and have personally had to cauterize a wound on myself (long story, but basically i was in the woods more than 100km from the nearest town and i took a nasty wound to my chest that was blr3ding really bad) so i have some advice for if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to do it. First off, cauterizing the wound should only ever be an absolute last resort when no other options exist. It is dangerous, easy to fuck up and can lead to serious complications like infection. That being said, if it needs to be done then here's what to do. First, assess the wound, if the wound has actually penetrated the abdominal cavity, cauterizing the wound is not safe because you will just end up bleeding internally and dying that way. In thay situation your best bet is to pack the wound with clean cloth (preferably sterile gauze if you have it) and do everything in your power to get to a hospital or some form of medical care. If you bleed through that cloth, do not remove the old one, just apply more over the top of the old one, that is really important because removing the old one and replacing it will also dislodge any blood clots that may be forming to try and seal the woubd. You also can't cauterize an artery, if an artery is severed then you need to clip it shut somehow and do not close that wound by cauterizing it or any other method because the only way you survive a severed artery is direct and immediate emergency care and they will need to be able to access the artery quickly and easily if they have a chance at saving you, there is no work around for that. However If you've assessed the wound and determine it needs to be cauterized, using a chemical cauterizing kit (kits specifically made for cauterizing using a specific chemical you can buy at various places) is best but most people won't have that in the moment so most often it will be a piece of heated metal. Here's a step by step guide on how to do that in bullet point form. Step 1.) Find a long flat piece of metal such as a knife that can cover the whole wound. Step 2.) Do your best to sterilize both the blade and the wound using rubbing alcohol or in a pinch a hardbar liquor like vodka because fire doesn't actually sterilize the piece of metal as well as people think contrary to popular belief Step 3.) Heat the blade to just before it gets red hot, people think you're supposed to use a red hot knife but that isn't true, if it's red hot it will cause unnecessary damage to the area, so if it does get red hot let it cool down and then reintroduce it to the fire to just before red hot. Side note.) it's ideal to have someone else do it for you because it is very possible you will pass out from the pain or even just pussy out and not be able to go through with it, but if no one else is around and you *have* to do it yourself then so be it. If you are doing it yourself be mindful of what position you're in while doing it, make sure that if you pass out that the blade will fall away from you and not stay pressed on the wound or fall onto any other part of your body. Step 4, the fun part) So to begin, wipe away any blood that is there, bite down on something like a folded up leather belt or other similar matieral because you can legitimately break your teeth from clenching due to the pain, and then slowly but tightly press the metal to the wound being sure to cover the whole wound at once. Here's where a lot of people fuck up, *do not* hold the blade down for long, that will cause excessive damage to the area. Simply hold the blade to the wound for 2, 3 seconds (literally count 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi, 3 Mississippi to get a proper count) and then remove it. Assess the wound, if it is still bleeding, reheat the blade to just before red hot and then place it over the wound again for 1 to 2 seconds (again, literally say 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi to get a proper count) and then remove the blade, assess the damage and if it's still bleeding then repeat the process until it stops. Step 5.) Cover the wound with clean cloth or sterilize gauze and do your best to keep the area clean and over the next several days closely monitor it for signs of infection. And one last little thing, don't be surprised that the scent of your burnt flesh can actually smell appetizing, that really threw me through a loop when i had to do it to myself.

As a self defense instructor here are the only principles you need to know about knife fights if you show up to one without one 1: don't get stabbed 2: get control of that weapon as quickly as possible (note: if it is in you, you are now in control of it) 3: realize rule 1 is fantasy land and youve probably already been stabbed and your life juice is leaving you like your 1st girlfriend did 4: end the fight before more than 30% of your life juice decorates the floor preferably by putting your attacker in a forever box 5: stick a finger in, or leave the knife in your new body piercing to keep as much life juice inside and go get help
