The first guy, I liked him at first. But the more he talked the more he told on himself. At first he said you can have a clean slate. No dealbreakers. But then they reject him. He starts getting into their kids and baby daddies. Which is their past. He should’ve said upfront. I don't date a woman with more than one child and multiple baby daddies.
@yungprophet15 ай бұрын
He was really trying to see their mindset being that they were young with their first child but having multiple children and their relationship not working but they still had children in those relationship with men. He was just stating that having multiple children by different men but didn't require a commitment or marriage what are they actually looking for from other men.

He sound bitter when he responds to these ladies like it trigger something from the from the girl with the orange dress and to everyone after that, the energy def shifted. And THATS TECHNICALLY A DEAL BREAKER if he doesn’t want anyone with more than 2 baby daddies. It’s like he wanted to see if they was gone bash the bd if he asked why they didn’t work out not everyone is on that type of time. Y'all caping for Bryan like he's not made emotional and passive aggressive. All that fist balling he was doing the entire time. He was pressed. He only started going after baby daddy history AFTER he got curved. AFTER he said the past didn't matter and everyone had a clean slate. The woman who popped for the controlling check in reason, he said at the beginning he wanted a woman to check in to make sure she was essentially being loyal to him. He's not protective, he's insecure and scared he's not good enough. Truth not told in love is a weapon. So if someone curves you and you start telling them about their irresponsible sexual history where you don't know how things went down, that's a bad look. He is aggressive. Imagine him giving another man that tone and look. You'd assume he wanted to fight and things would start bugging out.

Aggressive- ready or likely to attack or confront; characterized by or resulting from aggression. He consistently confronted them about the baby daddies and children. Yall were so off about the first guy. Its not passive aggressiveness. Hes outwardly being condescending. And while you guys talk about how the women were either having attitude etc, yall kind of glazed over the fact that the way he was talking to them was both incredibly intrusive and djsrespectful. He's not asking those things because he cares about them as a person, he's asking it because he is forming a judgement on them as a person. Which really contradicts his statement about not letting the past dictate who they are in future. He kind of backtracks and says the past shapes you in the future later (which yes, the past definitely helps us understand who we are today etc) In any case, i feel like yall were harsher on the women without understanding why they reacted the way they did. Normally i agree with yall but this one was really off to me. I did not by no means think he was cooking. That whole mistake once but second time shame on you shpeel was so forward on his part. Like its great if those are the rules you set for yourself but treating it like the rest of the world should follow that logic or that your ideology is an objective truth is just not alright. Also there was something so narcissistic [most people have narcissitic traits] about the way he referred to himself. I'm a sociolinguist so we pay close attention to less which words are used but rather how they are used. What are the underlying power dynamics. Which ideologies inform certain statements. In anycase, i think he wasnt being aggressive in the typical way people think of aggression. But there was definitely an energy that came off as "too much". Heck i thought it was so funny when one of the ladies try to bring this to his attention he says something like "oh is that too much for you" but the way he says it doesnt sound like hes thinking about how he is coming across for the person he talks to. there was something about the way he said it that implied he was 'challenging' if she was "enough" to handle him. Like hes the prize👀 anywhoo just needed to say my piece when i was 30 min deep and felt like these things were being brushed over. PS: Also i feel like you totally missed the point one of the girls were making about the 'settling' aspect. She was trying to say that sometimes the 'second guy' you fall in love with and have kids /want a future with can sometimes turn out to be someone completely different. And by the time you figure it out,all your eggs are already in the basket. Now her point isnt JUST that you could do better. But that its not your only option. You dont have to be stuck with that person who could possibly abusive,a serial cheater etc just because you misjudged them. Shes saying screw what people think and pursue what you feel might be the best for you and your kid. And that sometimes looks like leaving the second or third baby daddy. Now i see how you could wanna say something like "if you have 3 baby daddies"youre the problem. I think when youre raised in a certain culture that breeds certain traumas we can fall into the same mistakes and attract things that hurt us most. To not add that to this conversation is kind of a diservice to the entire conversation. Furthermore i agree with your wife about the question in itself shouldnt even be about whos in the wrong. End of the day the stats for black households without fathers should tell you something about the society and culture we live in. I think its kind of ridiculous to try to play the blame game as Bryan is lowkey encouraging when the stats really nudge the question Why so many black men end up abandoning their children. [the answer is rooted in slavery but also the historicity of patriarchy whereby we see hook up culture just doesnt benefit the modern woman but neither did attaching the value of a woman to what a good wife she is or how many kids she can bare for you is either etc].

I feel the first guy's intent and motive behind why he even asked the child question, was simply to knock those women down because they initially rejected him. The women he chose to ask these questions to, they had already popped their balloon making them non potential mates so why is it even important to ask those women about their children???? They weren't going to date each other anyway so even ask..He obviously couldn't handle it and definitely had deal breakers. It shows how disingenuous he really is.

I may not agree with Brian. the first gentleman's tone, but his commentary and questions were valid. I'm pretty sure he wanted to know their thought process behind choosing a significant other. It's pretty strange to pop on someone for the most shallowest reasons but when it came time to be "picky" on who you chose to lay down and have children with the "standards" went out the window. Some of them have a pattern of choosing to have children with the wrong men, and here you have a man with a great job, one child, standards, and who chose to not make excuses regardless of his background and they pop. I think he wanted to show that their methods for picking men has a history of not working. As far as the "I'm from the ghetto" comment, a lot people who are originally from New Orleans and moved to Texas, moved due to Hurricane Katrina. Also, New Orleans is always on The First 48. This man wanted to know that he didn't make excuses in life when he could have very well gone a different and had multiple baby mamas himself. Those are just my thoughts, but I could be wrong. Keep doing these reaction videos, I thoroughly enjoy hearing you and Alex's perspectives.

@@Hinokami777 that’s a facts. The women are mostly rude. The lady’s say something crazy and rude and expect men to swallow it. Then as soon as the energy is returned, not only are they innocent and didn’t deserve it but now the world gotta end
@rebeccapetty1k3904 ай бұрын
@Hinokami777 the women that popped their balloons were not even rude to him .. he obviously can’t take rejection .. the five women that popped were respectful.. when he started interrogating them over the baby daddy thing there were three women that had their balloons unpopped.. and I guess they all had kids .. so him bringing up the baby daddy thing ruined his chances with all of them .. talking about women are rude .. have you watched the episode 2 ?? The men were ruthless.. and that’s part of the game.. you come to sell yourself you have to have a thick skin cuz they’re going to judge you.. you basically want men to act like hormonal beings aka women which backfires everytime .. you set those guys up and you hype up the’ heated arguments’ so you can feel better about your manhood or can feel like you’ve taken ‘ revenge’ on women in general.. well guess what.. he ended up rejected by everyone and he’s STILL single 🥴 cuz he tried to turn into a redpill mogul .. again there’s no need to be disrespectful if the women that rejected him were respectful to him .

Yes, Men turn Women into “Baby Mamas”. The onus to ask one’s “hand in marriage” is on the Man. I’ve never met a “Baby Mama” who didn’t want marriage nor didn’t badger the Man for marriage. Also yes, some Women had to walk away from the relationship due to too much abuse, so to stay wld be settling for abuse to appease society’s opinion. P.S. Ofc everyone’s situation is not the same. P.P.S. When I say “society’s opinion” really I mean the Blk community’s opinion, b/c other communities in this Country mainly the Caucasian community are not hard on Single Moms even with multiple Fathers involved as the Blk community is. Their vitriol typically is aimed at the Fathers not being the Man the Family he chose to make needed him to be!

If you want to get married and he doesn’t, at what point does it make sense to have his baby. If he has to be badgered….. why not just walk away. With no ring, why even let him shoot up the club? This dude was unhinged and out of line. But yall make all kinds of excuses for baby mama culture when birth control is vast and in a lot of cases cheap or free.

Man this episode smh. I really try not to judge and try to show grace but sometimes you just have to call it like it is. This lineup of women was not top tier, a couple of them were teenage mothers. I understand making a bad decision as a teenager but to repeatedly get pregnant by different men in your youth is a RED FLAG. I've noticed quite a few of the women from previous episodes had been teenage mothers. I really hate to judge but I just have to call it like it is, it really speaks volumes when you make the same choice over and over again.

I wish they would keep the age limit under 35. Because when you have a group of 35 and older. People are going to have a past & a lot of baggage. Compared to someone fresh in their 20s. You’re dealing with divorcees, multiple children, comparison to past marriages. It becomes annoying and to overwhelming to watch sometimes.

Single people are allowed to mingle, explore their options. It's a HUGE, HUGE Red Flag. To want or expect a single person to get rid of all their options and devote themselves to you. When they're not in a relationship with you. People need to take self inventory and get their emotions in check. This shows you are too jealous, possessive and controlling etc. A person has the right and choice to choose who's right for them. People can't chose themselves for a person.

If being salty that you got rejected means “your that guy” I wouldn’t want to find others like him. How are you going on a dating show with an aggressive personality, how can you expect not to get rejected, and he’s not even the nicest looking guy, so he doesn’t have looks or personality going for him, no offense.
