Yo I know my fear of spiders is irrational but I can’t help my heart pumping and my vision going funny and my arms tingling when I see them. I don’t think actual anxiety is a sheep thing

My fear of spiders, however, isn't irrational. I used to talk to them and keep them as pets. I still allow the daddy longlegs ones to coexist with me but the other ones started becoming aggressive towards me, after hitting puberty. When I was homeless at age 17, brown recluse spiders would crawls under multiple layers of clothing at night to bite me on the butt. I would get a soft ball sized abscess and that would leave a quarter sized hole in my flesh that must have been at least an inch deep, maybe 2. I also had a horrible fever. This happened multiple times. Then, when I was working on the mountain, after coming home from a long days work, I was too tired to put my snow suit away so I left it on the floor. Brown recluse snuck in at night and bit me when I put it on. Spiders are dirty and it must've had the flesh eating bacteria on it because I went to the ER 3 times before they realized the bite was infected with strep cellulitis. The hospital said, had it gone 3 more days without proper treatment, they would've had to amputate my leg. If I leave my bedroom window open for more than a half hour, without fail, one WILL crawl in and they always go straight for my bed. When they see me, they get into attack formation, lifting the front half of their body and running on their back legs and they actually follow and chase me! I've tested this, just to make sure I wasn't being paranoid, and it changed directions 3 times to follow me and was charging after me at full speed, all the way through one room, a long hallway, and part of another room. There have been a couple times where I've been in the garage or under the covered area by the back door smoking and they let go from the ceiling so they could drop down on my head! I'd be less scared if they were scared of me but they aren't scared at all, despite me being so much bigger.
