Hey bro, I went through prolonged exposure therapy through the VA... I recommend it. It's hard, but it helps you deal with the worst of the memories. I also did all my stuff on video chat (and phone calls). I've been out since 2007, and had a hard time even walking into a VA. It works for most people that have been in very traumatic situations. I told myself when I got out, that I was all set, and didn't need help... I was wrong. If you're not already doing it (prolonged exposure) maybe try it out. Thanks for your service brother, stay safe and keep your head up.

I have seen this in other books which have nothing to do with the mob .
