i havent even seen the episodes, and this hurt. The Tenth Doctor/Master relationship breaks my heart - Ten is so lonely, he just wants SOMEONE he can fully relate to, and that someone was the Master. But then he goes and betrays him, shatters his trust. And it breaks Ten's heart, but he still cares about his childhood best friend and tries his hardest to get him back and it destroys him when he can't, despite his best efforts. I don't see it as a romance, like a lot of people do. Rather, I see it as a lonely, broken man looking for someone to talk to.

I mean, I love Ten and I love the Master, of course, so I actually don't like it, because it's kind of the end. But then, the episode is really cool, so...
