Little stress is so underrated. Ik a pick me who was 28 looking haggard AF because she was taking care of an abusive dusty (plus a child). It was a mixture of not having time for self and being in a violent, toxic relationship, paying all the bills. She dropped him and is looking better, but he def. drained her and changed her forever. Protect your mind, body, and spirt. Even though that was an extreme case, this happens to most mothers who are struggling and dealing with bum men.
