Entre mis dudas existenciales xD, que se necesita o requisitos te piden para llegar a tocar en lakewood?. Entiendo que son muchos servicios a la semana, son remuneradas las participaciones de los musicos?, debes llevar tu propio backline?. Te lo consulta una alma descarriada desde CHile, nose quizas me daría un poco de luz saber estas cositas.

The main band are all staff employees, when they are absent we will hire contractors. I am on staff but not part of main band. I sub in on weekends when the main drummer is out. Backline is provided, however, I prefer to bring a bit of my personal equipment. Hope that helps
