Devon couldn’t stop Genadi’s flop press because 1) he gassed out, in fact he stopped it few times and then he had no more stopping power in the tank. How stronger is levan to genadi in a fresh for fresh output level? Genadi was strong enough but got caught in a trap where he chose to get out of by brute strength instead of technique. It's possible that Levan could fall in same trap if his initial power isn't much more than Genadi. Against a kings move, the first burst to the pad is the only time you can go full on power. After that, you need to readjust because a good kingsmover will have gained height during that first stop
