i think it was fine.. he didn't whine and make a bunch of big long excuses and pretend he should've won or anything. he also made sure to say michael won fair and was strong many times. he was just telling his fans why he "let them down" and reassuring that he would get stronger. He even made some jokes and stuff. I thought it was a good way to be honest but also not delusional.

@humanbean320 минут бұрын
you can watch his previous lifts of this specific "devon larrat pronation" lift. he started out doing it correctly and he achieved a good number before he started these ego lifts. his other side pressure lifts have always been pretty silly and pure ego lifts in my opinion. straight pulling back while trying to make it look like side pressure lol. HOWEVER, its a crazy amount of weight no matter what form he's using. I could use both hands and pull back like tug o war and barely lift that weight lol

Stop with that shit. In a "pronation lift" doesnt change anything for the pronation if the elbow is resting on the leg

@@xenonauts8387 its a pronation lift with your backpressure activated
@xenonauts83872 сағат бұрын
@@emilianmarius2402 the point is that for the pronation doesnt change nothing, you will train it in the same way with or without the back pressure. Michael does the lift according to his style (i need to reminder that the devon variation its not official cuz there is no fucking rule to how to do a pronation lift in a "official" way?) and works very well. All the weight goes on his pronator and he doesnt lose the hand during the match. Everything is perfect besides some random dudes who critique his stile (meanwhile they never even try to do something remotely close to an armwrestling training)

Todd movement in fhe pronation engaged back pressure is good. Fhe point is fhe force applied. The pulley is center table, so it's not mimicking the cupping strenght of the opponent that should be on fhe side, he is basically twisting under the strap instead of pulling against the strap, and about elbow flexion, when you are are that open you cant use elbow flexion with a pulley set over your hand height, it should be fhe lowest possible to mimick the back and down pressure made by your opponent. So basically todd idea is good, because the movement is right, but fhe biomechanics behind is stupid. It doesnt work. Only his lat drag gets trained well in that exercise. Thankfully pareto law is still there. And so you get 80% results with 20% of what you do. In this case his pronation lift ks enough to train his pronation and elbow flexors.

SIMPLE. Pause the video at 1:09 and see that Micheal is holding arm more and more upon his leg. So his elbow was out the equation. Levan was holding his elbow before his leg. Doesn't that makes a different? We are talking pronation here but Devon's elbow never touched his upper leg.
