My son has been a rabid Miami fan since he was 4. No joke. He knows EVERYTHING about them and their history. We raised him in IN and MI. He’s 36 now and with McDaniels coming in he’s beyond happy. He talks Miami Dolphins football nonstop. His 2 year old told me a friend of hers is “McDaniel” GO DOLPHINS!

If you think about it, this team is littered with incredible storylines… so much that it’d be a travesty for them to not do something big so there’ll be a movie made one day. From the story of how McDaniels NFL coach step-dad met his mom, to his struggles with alcoholism and getting hired by the only team to ever interview him, to the tyrant Flo suing the team, Tua being bullied by the media and fans who spread the false narrative that he’s a bad qb… then this coach that looks and acts like no coach we’ve ever seen before comes in and changes EVERYTHING… the stage is set for them to do something special…

Barry, Everything you bring to us comes with fact and truth (good & bad) your an honest man who as a former player knows firsthand what it takes to set the table for success and prepare how to prioritize and break down building on what the Dolphins do well but also keep the organization accountable for improving and also learning and improving on things to improve on learning how to turn a weakness Into a strength. Tough love you get it and yet still respect people on and off the feild. I was at the 1st Dolphins game in 1966 and a season ticket holder through the Shula perfect season 17-0 into the late 90's. I look forward to everytime you are on and as a lifetime Dolphins fan appreciate your oldschool attitude, accountability, and pride you take in wanting the best for our team. We need to clone you. As far as the haters go especially the tua haters, there's plenty of room on another team's bandwagon. The true fan base does not need you.
