I have always been fascinated that Grape started out as both Black and Mexican as Varrio Grape st. Before they branched to Crip and 13, but still kept ties afterwards. Id love to see a documentary about that history. We've heard so much from the propaganda media about racially motivated wars, but they never talked about the coexistence of black and brown neighborhoods that get along, peacefully. Divide and conquer...

Rw sports online debate from my knowledge the planning includes a housing section for them. Now a lot of our ppl been shipped out to lancaster, riverside, pomona etc. I dont forsee them being displaced. Im more concerned about inglewood with that stadium, they already goin heavy after ifgb, avp, etc. The westside of south central will get hit a bit by proxy, i got property on the w/s my value will go up but for renters, like one of my brothers in inglewood its a concern

TraRob-EastSide what’s proxy? What do you mean when you say go after? What’s there tactics
@NAT-turners-Revenge6 жыл бұрын
DEZ NUTZ proximity..... inglewood and the westside arent too far. All im saying is that once that stadium goes up, property value is gonna go up, for better or worst depending on ur situation in the area. The local gov/police already on ifgb heavy stemming their activity. Theres some REALLY nice homes on the westside of south central, some of them streets away from the main-lines look almost west LA-ish, keep in mind every notorious city got its nice homes. As far as their tactics it remains to be seen as blks been moving out of cali since 1990, myself noticing family/friends leavin between 99-2005 in particular. Traditional latino hoods got hit the hardest last 20 yrs. Silverlake, echo park, highland park, boyle heights etc but fuck them anyway cause they REVERSED GENTRIFIED our areas.

Thanks to all of you. One day we where trying to protect our hoods from the white folks by any means necessary and they finally stopped coming around, we turned on each other. How did this happen! How can we stop this! I have a grandson on my daughter side and he has been caught with a gun. I don't know what the consequences for this in the state he lives in & he a lil Crip, but he can't do no time, he would be a girl if he made it out and I can't get him to understand this. Your dad's reputation will not save you in prison. Why you think his ass tries to stay out of there! Come on, work with me on this, Grandson. But some of you can attest to this statement because you've seen it happen to them lil cute ones coming in. I look around and hearing & seeing more & more kids being laid to rest and it behooves me. Anyway keep sharing maybe some will put the guns down or all, that's my hope. We need to educate ourselves, that's the best weapon, then use it. Lady Brim Out

Jimmy Lavender: Thank you for your comment Mr Jimmy. As you well know this type of posting is almost like a look, or a stance, a dis, or what set/hood you from, etc, and it can start wars, just on GP. I had to learn this because I haven't been in this type of environment in a long time, but even where I'm at now, I still have to check me, (yes, I have to check myself, 🤘) because that Lady Brim still in there just waiting to jump in the forefront. I'm too old mental & physically, but the Lady Brim is real slow in recognizing this. 😂😂. Most youngsters, think we maybe afraid, and prehaps that's true: but we only afraid if we become unleased and can't stop. I don't ever want to not give a f about my life or anyone's else again, I lost too much of myself. My grandkids can attest to stepping out of line with me and a few of them have met the Lady Brim physically, now they know if they go to far across the line, I'm not just going to sit. I'll think I'm 15, 16 & don't do to bad with my lil hands, but I don't play with kids. Mother didn't play with me & neither did her mother, layed them hands on me, rather I was banging or not, I had much respect for them women. 😂 I don't like that side of me, so try not to allow people to bait/trap me into foolishness, but I can go there. I'm still allowing God's Word to work through & in me and sometimes I dislike it, but my solution, would be horrific for me, the other person and other's around me and of course, the consequences doesn't have to be death. Hey, 😂 one small step for mankind. I'm all for it. Lady Brim Out. Oh, I have to tell Lil Kountry's son, friends, they love him & want hey so & so Mom's but if I'm alone, they walk past me, so when we with my son & they try to speak & all that B's, I tell them that I have my own rep & I don't stand on my son's, therefore I was a Lady Brim b4 Lil Kountry and although I didn't go the deeps he did, I would fight. Lol lol I'm being funny, but I had my own Lil rep. Lol lol. Actually much wasn't required of the females in the beginning.

Can we have stories about how gangs were treated by LAPD at the time and also how they secured convictions of gang members for murder raps etc. That would be really interesting. For instance, where gang members ratted on? or witnesses etc. Please ask them that.

2 points, 1: I still cant get my head around 'bangin' actually being a thing. 2: young folk need to learn from the old folk. They are who they are because they be themselves. Young folk try too hard to be something or someone they aren't, thats why they struggle to form a sentence. Be yourselves and stop with the violin stories, we all grew up in shit, in fact, its easier growing up now than ever.
