I don’t think there is a problem if you don’t have any symptoms. Apply some ice and see if the pain improves. Apply for 15 mins 2X/day. If it doesn’t improve in four days please see your doctor. Thanks for watching 🙏

No. The incident happened two years before is not related to the symptoms you have now. This may be something related to an infection or a systemic issue. It’s not normal to sleep without a pillow. So don’t worry about it. If someone says they don’t use a pillow they use their hand or something else. It’s a myth that not using a pillow is good.
