@@sumithraramalingam5530 hi first consult ur doctor and then go to diet. First stop sweets like sugar or anything. And avoid rice, wheat, Dhall etc.. My food (morning) 4-egg or butter coffee. 10am- black coffee (without sugar). (Lunch) tanduri chicken- 350g.with some spinach. Or vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, bottle ground etc with spinach or paneer fry with capsicum, or mushroom with capsicum. (Night) watermelon or keto bread or butter coffee or mushroom or paneer. For cooking use coconut oil or butter. Take more fat and protein.

Egg is the best option. Try having 1 Dosai/ 2idly along with 2-3 eggs for breakfast. Instead of having urulai kilangu masala for chapati/poori have 1-2 chapati with mochai/pasipayaru/thattapayaru masala

Sir, Really usefull video. My son is 5 years old, he is often affected by fast breathing and wheezing. Doctor Advised an inhaler named BUDECORT daily twice a day for three months. I was confused whether i can give or not. Your video is really usefull in making decision. I am going to give him regularly as per doctor's advise. Thank you so much
