Hi dr Ryan you’re doing an amazing work! I had a question in mind hope you can help me with it. What are the long term effects of internal bleaching (in a non vital tooth after obturation)? Can the attained shade get darker with time? What is the best treatment option in such case Rct+internal bleaching +composite restoration Or Rct+zirconia crown/ veneer

Yes, it is common that the improved color may relapse after several years and require re-treatment with another round of internal bleaching. An alternative treatment option would be placing a veneer or crown as you suggested!
