I have only found 1 near me and he is booked up like 10 weeks out 😭 you just have to either call around or visit webpages for chiropractors in your area and ask if they do massage within their chiropractic adjustment OR if they have an inhouse massage therapist who can massage you prior to your adjustment.

My chiropractor does the muscle work, but not nearly as in depth. Just watching this my brain feels tingly like I'm in the office 😂 must feel amazing! I started using a massage therapist to relieve my tension. I explained the first visit that I was tight around my shoulder blades and she was like WOWZA girl you have so many huge knots!! It was painful but she got all of them out and i felt like a zillion bucks! I heard she rode horses in the intro. When you're riding around holding reins and cueing horses thats probably why shes tight! I ride horses too and thats always where I'm tight too!
