Should have some ground rules, otherwise they could fill the deck with 40 level 1/2 vanillas with tiny stats. Like. Each player gets 1 Monster reborn, Raigeki, pot of greed, soul exchange and some other decent card(s). And maximum of 4 monsters of the same level. (Just spitballing ideas, not really thought It out)

Basically in the anime, Kaiba defeats Marik's sister thanks to the power of the script because Ishizu was going to win and it was going to be epic, but if she won, we weren't going to have the famous fight of Kaiba vs. Yugi, Battle of Gods.

Kaiba literally intended on never returning Obelisk to her - making him a thief - and he had his own magic to save him, as well as more than enough money to buy any card he would ever need. Seems about fair to me.

9:17 susu don’t forget you made her drop five cards from the top of her deck. The fact that susu made Jen deck out twice is crazy. As a blue eyes player Jen you should have added blue eyes tyrant dragon cause it attacks every monster on the field & can’t be destroyed by traps. Good game susu finally gets a win.

I've never seen the upgraded Ishizu cards. I love how they mill/shuffle stuff in and generally just control what the opponent draws and plays. Really plays into the idea that Ishizu can see the future/what's coming in the duel.

They're meant to OTK with Exchange of the Spirit. You activate it, and shuffle the 15 cards back, so your opponent ends up with no deck

Piercing damage effect vs Burn Damage effect. No user can activates effects of cards that aren’t related to each theme. Win condition must be theme deck. Draw cards effect are allowed that does not affect opponent like card destruction or morphing jar to avoid brick (3 pots of greed, 3 upstar goblin, 3 day of peace, supply squad, reckless greed, reload…)
