according to john Mueller H1 could be used multiple times (not more than 2 though) but H1 matters

Thanks so much! I've inherited an issue on our company website, which I'm trying to unravel. For every page, the php file pulls in the title, and it acts as a header. But there are no h1 headers. Have you ever run across this?

​@@smamarketing No click and drag CMS, unfortunately. It's been tough, trying to figure out how the website works! (It's a custom-built PHP website based off of a W3.css template, I think.) To edit, I go to the files on the hosting platform and edit the code directly. For every subpage, there are these three html files: 1) the body content file, 2) the title file, and 3) the meta data file. The subpage.php file pulls everything together. So should headers be the main heading on the page, while titles really only show up in search engine results and on the webpage tab? Love your content!!! 💯
