California poppies are stunning!😊 I used to live in Huntsville many years ago. My Dad moved us there in mid sixties to help build and test the Apollo spacecrafts at the Redstone Arsenal. I loved my years there even though I was a "Yankee"! I'm still a Yankee but am in Texas now. And contrary to some people, this is way too hot here to be heaven. At least you get rain in Alabama!

Eleanor's chicken cam is so sweet! Y'all have the sweetest roosters and chickens and these just add to the gene pool! Even if you rehome some (not that you would, 😊), you will always have more! Do you sell the babies sometimes? Not that I live in Alabama or even have chickens! My only bird is an umbrella cockatoo who is more rhan enough bird for me! She is a sweet velcro bird who adores me. She is somewhere around 35 or more years old and she is full of life! I don't know who her original owners were, so we aren't sure how old she is, but she knows to go into her cage to poop. Someone taught her that I am sure. And she doesn't talk, but she expresses herself when she wants to and mostly is quiet.
