I would suggest not to go for short form content just to attract viewer's let them have big chuck on knowledge packed of 1:30-2hr because its not a trick you can share it in 10-20 sec you have to watch it full to understand the complexity of being a founder and starting a company. Short content might attract the viewership on the full length podcast if the person is interested in but short content should do the damage of just upper upper se sun liya for me I'm a entrepreneurial podcast geek jitna miley utna kaam hai mujhe 2-3 ghantey ka bhi de do me sun lunga pura sunnunga dont worry 😂 I'm making notes so that agar agay me kuch karu toh ye chezey dhayan me rakh k karu ✨👌🏻

Hello! I’m a massive podcast listener. Have clocked in over 40 days of listening over the last 3 years. Given that I have access to the best minds in the world - this podcast is EASILY the best podcast on founder/startup mindset and building in India. Kudos. Hope to keep listening to you for years to come.

Shantanu, it's the best question u have asked in the end of the session regarding relationship management. I guess everyone watching this podcast shall keep it till the end. Enjoyed this. This is really encouraging to see someone so busy and investing himself in the relationship as well. Make a seperate playlist of short video which have the captures of relationship management by all these people. Ashish, Rohit, Kunal, toshan, everyone's. Just put it seperately pls.

As genuine as it can get. The biggest blocker after a certain point is the opportunity cost. As you become older the higher it gets and its absolutely true when your friends start buying houses and cars. This episode looked much more relevant to a 30+ which I am. Lost of wisdom and lots of energy.

Hey, just a quick suggestion keep your mic closer to your mouth as these are dynamic mics if not placed nearer it will catch room sound and echo that’s what happening here. Make best use of these microphones. Other than that content is just amazing. Looking forward for further podcasts.

I am actually surprised with the way such a high achiever thinks of creating happiness for the less fortunate by buying juice! I mean you could share a larger message using such a huge platform. There must be mandatory CSR activities that the company takes on but a better messaging on how you personally help others succeed would have helped younger population.

Shantanu, you have made the podcast soo authentic and raw - other podcasts and shows look very superficial. Keep the same format and style. A few additions would be to ask them 1. “how and where do they learn constantly?” 2. “What is their management style?” 3. “When did they realize that they will make it big in life?”
