Headlamp Rim SIP for Vespa GTS/Super/HPE Installation Tutorial

Here we show you the simple assembly of our Headlamp Rims for Modern Vespa models.
A SIP Style headlamp surround including peak. The Vespa GTS 300 HPE models produced since 2019 are factory-equipped with a chrome-look headlamp surround.
They are made of a tough plastic and are also available with a black matt or gloss finish.
Their headlamp surround has absolutely no influence on the light emitted from the headlamp.
Mounting Information: To attach the new headlamp surround the original must first be taken off, the holdings nuts removed from its holding arms and reattached to the replacement headlamp surround. The headlamp and headset do not require removal for this installation.

Muss man wirklich die halbe Vespa zerlegen? Kann man das nicht vorsichtig so ausbauen ohne das die Klammern verloren gehen?

hab es heute probiert , es geht zwar ohne Demontage , aber die blechschraubenhalter zieht es beim herausnehmen des originalen Scheinwerferringes runter und fallen dann ins Innere und sind weg für immer. Fazit: lieber so machen wie in dem Video.

@@torstenguttler6001 ist jetzt zwar schon länger her, aber wie kamst du wieder an die Blechschraubenhalter? Gibts die als Ersatzteile?

Erlischt die Garantie, wenn man selbst Hand anlegt?

Nein. Wichtig für die 2 Jahre Garantie ist die erste (1000km) Inspektion machen zu lassen. Danach würde ich alles selber machen wenn man das Werkzeug und keine 2 linken Hände hat. Geht alles.
