If you get yourself a bigger or more amperage alternator then you can hook all of it up on your factory fusebox.

I see the problem. You have too many wires hooked up on your battery.What all is hooked up besides the winch?

It had headlights, and fog lights, i needed to do a separate box but never got around to it. But I defiantly agree.
