Make them react by pushing into them and they’ll push back and the second they do use that momentum and just head throw

I found it easier to hit a headlock from a collar tie (unlike the girl in the video above). Push and pull the other guy with the collar tie arm until you get him a little off balance then hit it quickly. Once you've thrown him down on the mat tighten the lock on his head/arm enough to press his arm across his throat. Now you get to legally choke the shit out of him until he gives up so he can breathe again. Headlocks also work like a champ against boxers/strikers in streetfights, they have no idea how to respond to it, but you have to set it up differently, of course.

My team captain from my high school team did nothing but headlocks in a 14 match round robbin to become #1 undefeated with 1:07 total mat time and the second place had 15:30. Starting from neutral you close the distance by punching the space behind the neck, lock hands around neck and arm, throw with the momentum of the punch while trying to knock the wind out of them by jarring them and squeezing the breath away ensuring they give up in 5 seconds.

@@andreweyster9989 correct, she won't beat that guy. That's what I say. If you want to demonstrate something, you should do it a little more realistically, otherwise it just seems ridiculous. We're not talking about Hollywood films here, where the feminist mainstream wants to suggest to people that something like this is not only possible, but even the standard. I also think that the whole YT channel is ridiculing itself for showing such unrealistic instructional videos. Afterwards, someone else thinks it works exactly the same way. Other videos from this channel could only be viewed with appropriate reservations. I didn't look for the video either, it appeared in my YT's suggestion list.

@@raiklaub975 I think your missing the point of the content itself it is meant to show you a move to drill and eventually use on people YOUR WEIGHT CLASS this isn't a video claiming that a 48 kg person could pull it off on a heavyweight it's just a demonstration of a move
