Awesome. As someone who's still using an old computer and hates updating OS and all the problems that creates, I love how you guys have kept the software interfacing simple - just shows up as a usb drive, just copy your files, that's it. No constantly updating glitching "loader" host or anything like that that will eventually make the gear unusable as you update your computer OS in the future.

I had my MX5 for few months now and suddenly my computer cant read my MX5 when in USB transfer mode. no solution in the web and now cant transfer new IRs and Rigs and potentially firmware update . Headrush please help!

i have problem with mx5, the device not appear in my pc (windows), i try to install audio driver but it still doesn't work, any help guys?

Hi there, can you please help. I am using Windows 10 and I downloaded the latest driver, 1.0.4 and went to download the IRs from CelestionPlus, the free ones, and that went fine. But then I went into Global settings, usb transfer, I don't the Headrush Folder. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Does the mx5 load .ac & .rig tones .I purchased them from Tonejunkie.

Actually prefer this as I am old enough to know that support for interfaces inevitably stop, and you will be left with a useless doorstop like a 8 year old laptop...... I bought a digital camera with a 3.5 floppy drive... Sony Mavica Standalone is always best...my Boss GT1 will eventually be only partially functional without the software

Brian...can you set the output volume of each rig separate rig? I downloaded an acoustic rig and the volume is WAY lower than a lead rig and I need to be able to set the acoustic rig higher so when you change rigs you don't have to change the volume every time. I know there is a global volume but I can't find a place to set the RIG volume...thanks...so far I really like it a lot. It's a steep learning curve but I'm getting it

I have a Mac Mini and a Macbook Air. Both present the message "the disk is not readable on this computer" when the Headrush is plugged in. According to the site, it's Mac-compatible. This is a bit of a letdown.

If there was a dedicated application for this, I would buy a headrush pedalboard immediately. But until then, I have to settle with helix.

Happy to help. Windows 10 has a few places. One is on the task bar at the bottom where it shows connected devices. You can right click on the Headrush and eject. support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/safely-remove-hardware-in-windows-10-1ee6677d-4e6c-4359-efca-fd44b9cec369

@@HeadRushFX thanx! i THINK i was able to pull everything off with unplugging the USB. although it was a late night and I didn't have time to take it for a test drive after all the rigs and IRs I uploaded. but they did show up in the menu! LOVE this pedal, your tech, and your vids! and your prompt reply! haha so fired up! can't wait to get this thing goin! 🤸
