Regarding counting the outs. Something that comes into play with that is 'the odds" and this is something you can explain to your viewers. Lets say you bet 25 on ante and 25 on the blind. After all five cards are out you count the dealer has 19 outs giving the dealer a 42% (i think) chance of beating you. By folding here, its a guaranteed loss of $50. By betting $25 on the 19outs you could win an additional $25 and keeping your $50 which is equal to a $75 win. So you are actually getting 3 to 1 odds on a 58% chance of winning. There is no better bet in a casino than that. BONUS, when you are playing with a full table of people, watch to see if 1,2,3,4 or5 people bet on the flop. If they do bet on the flop you can remove that many outs from the dealer's possible outs which sometimes reduces the dealer's 19 outs and improves your chances. And by counting those flop bets, you can even reduce a dealer's 23 outs to a playable 19 outs.

What cards can beat your jack? 3king 3 queens 3 tens 3 eights 3 fives plus any other cards higher than a jack which are 4 aces 3+3+3+3+3+4=19 outs so you bet If you have a 10 and cards on the table are king, queen, 10,10,5 3 kings, 3 queens, TWO tens, 3 fives, 4 jack and 4 aces 3+3+2+3+4+4=19outs so you bet

@@VegasAction that's why I say to watch players that bet on the "flop" because you can assume they hit the flop or have connectors which would usually be one of the dealer's outs. Typically pocket pairs get played before the flop so don't count them as possible outs. Although many pre-flop bets are ace high, king high combos, queen high combos and a few jack high combos so listening to people's comments will confirm if it is pairs or high cards..
