I run the N-Ear system for work but would love to get something like the N-Choice PTT Mic with a connector that fits the Rocky Talkie 5W. Do you know of anything? I basically need a similar setup to this one but instead of the acoustic tube goin to your ear I need a 3.5mm jack.

Something I love is if you have shurefire earplugs with the caps is you can remove the cap and insert that headset into the earplug to make it comfortable and blocks aton noise

What exactly do you mean by over-the ear? Just so I get the question right. Are you asking specifically for one where the speaker sits on the outer surface of the ear and then there is a band that hooks on top of the ear? Or are you looking for one with a headband that goes over your head?

Correct, they have entirely different connections. The headsets for the mountain radio are far easier to find, just look for a standard Kenwood style two pin connector.
