(adding here as well) Love the tips on incorporating Evoto! One question, for the "Full Gallery URL", does that ONLY give access to view/download retouched images? I thought it would also allow the admin/client contact to view (but not download) the non-retouched images.

I recently tried Evoto and holy moley!! I have gotten a couple other photo friends to try it and they love it. The wild hair removal alone is worth it!!

It gives them access to whatever you have the Job set for :)

I believe so! Make sure to email support for HT details like that. I don’t do support in my YT comments ;)

If you wanted to show clients edited photos right away, would you ever shoot tethered to Evoto? Could that still work with the Headshot tool scenario?

Oh man! I am on pins and needles waiting for Evoto to add the two lines of code it owuld take to be compatible directly with Headshot Tools. I'm pretty sure it's gonna happen, but right now it's not directly compatible. I do, however, deliver same day retouched images with HT, it just doesn't exactly flow with instant delivery yet. So I tether into C1 then export jpegs just like in the video.

Thanks Gary. The download link for the guide and the signup to your blog do not appear to be working. In both cases the submit button activity has been processing for over 10 minutes.

I had a look and it all seems to be working :) those are two different sites hosted on two different services. The likelihood of them both having the same issue is relatively slim. It could possibly be a browser setting or connection issue for you. Let me know if you are able to make it work :)

This is wizardry. Does the gallery and/or email allow you to include a link for them to leave a review on google? And how do you handle image release signature from each participant?

Great questions! Headshot Tools has places for 2 hyper-links and one email link that show at the top of the galleries, works like a charm. You can also add a model release to the customizable sign-up form that HT creates. What’s the process for getting all their emails? Do they have to upload them to a database on headshot tools per project, or are you importing them manually at the shoot on the front end?

Yes it is! Organization, delivery, even making extra money with the payments feature. Makes life much, much easier.
