Legal separated na kme dito sa italy since sa pinas kinasal technically kasal pa kme based sa philippine law, gang ngayon di pa tapos mga hearing, infact valid paden ang restraining order againts sa asawa ko, na involved sa drug case nakulong pa nga at marital abuse yun pa di pa mapayagan ang divorce!!! Make an annulment affordable. Instead of the proposed divorce law setting the price at 50,000 pesos, make the price of an annulment 50,000 pesos instead of the ridiculous sum of 200,000 pesos or more.

I was literally abandoned, literally left and never came back since year 2002. Spent now 250k filing for annulment and 2 times that my application for it was denied. Where do I go now? Other than the ability to re-marry, I have not been able to extend my benefits to my parents like insurance because it is always immediate family for married person like me is spouse. At pati po ang recognition of Divorce ko dinala ko lahat ng documents ko sa divorce papers ko from Japan at nung sinabi ng lawyer na 300 k n it wud take for 3 years sa proseso !!! Oh my recognition na lang hinihingi ko para lang marecognise dito sa pinas na hiwalay na ako bakit katagal at kamahal ! Na divorced ako sa japan 2005 pa at nag asawa na na ang exhusband ko !
