I have eczema, but I only break out maybe once or twice a year or every other year. I did not have it as a child. I got it from relaxing someone’s hair without gloves. I have to tell you I make my own laundry, hand, bar and liquid soaps, shampoos conditioners, things of that nature. I use SLS and it has never broken me out. However, I use every ingredient that you mentioned in every one of my products in addition to. Now I am a vegetarian and I eat a very clean diet so that may be why I don’t break out. I don’t eat dairy, gluten and I don’t like anything sweet.

Im in my year 6 and i tried everything my doctor recommended😢 but its getting worst. It went to a point that i cant even wear a short or regular t shirt. I was a pro basketball player and had to give up on my dreams cuz of it. I pray for every single person out there and telling you that we will be cured❤

My daughters hadn't been that bad for years. This summer it got bad. I use for my daughter a mixture of Eucerin Advanced Repair Lotion + Hyaluronic Acid + Benadryl Gel. It is mixed together. A lot of creams and lotions will individually make her itch or give mixed results like result in peeling skin. It seems to have stabilized things. In addition we are trying B5 + Hyaluronic Acid but don't know the results. The Eucerin makes you susceptible to sunburn if you use it.

Dupixent does wonders but it's expensive. I was on it for 2 years, zero breakouts.

I recommend natural Chinese herbs . My son is going through TSW - topical steroid withdrawal and they have him on a tea plan to clear the Candida which is usually what causes the itch . Also look into healing your gut (cut off dairy and gluten ) and add probiotics daily to heal the gut .

Oh yea makes sense. My 8 yr old daughter when she gets irritated or frustrated she itches the eczema spot. I think it goes hand and hand. It's comes from underlying emotional stress and gut issues too.

Hi Anna! I'm sorry to hear that! You’ll want to keep those areas moisturized. I’d recommend using witch hazel or coconut oil with lavender oil, which can help reduce discomfort. Here is a helpful article with some more natural solutions: drlivingood.com/eczema/ - LGD Team

I’m 43 years old and never had any issues with eczema in my life. I had a baby nine months ago that I’m breastfeeding and now I’m starting to get recurrent eczema on my left breast and up onto my chest. It will come and go, but it seems to get worse every time. It’s not on my nipple, just the top of my breast. I’ve eaten dairy, gluten, eggs, and nuts my whole life without issues. I have done keto since three months post partum and lost all my baby weight. Is it possible I’ve developed an allergy that I didn’t have before at 43?

What do you recommend for Chronic hives (chronic urticaria). I have been to doctor after doctor. They all prescribe itch pills. I am on 4 right now. Creams do NOTHING!. The worst time is from 2am to 8am. I stopped all meds, and went on a no sugar no carb diet. It did help me loose 30lbs but done nothing for the hives.

Forget all this! Best solution is to continue with your lifestyle. Eat everything in moderation. Apply blackcurrent seed oil. It's the best remedy so far. I have experienced.

I ran to my Native brand products and saw SLS, however; it is not Sulfate, its Sarcosinate. I'm reading that Sodium Lauroyl Sulfate is different than Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, which is supposedly milder, biodegradable and made up of fatty acids. Is this a better option? I've switched most my products to Native 😵💫

I do most of these things and it does really work. For me and my son, our main trigger is soap with sls. I accidentally bought some holiday scented soap recently with sls. Me and my son both flared up so bad. As soon as we quit it was better. We use coconut oil to remoisturize the skin. It helps a lot. It takes a bit but it does clear up.

Thanks for this excellent video on eczema, doctor. My eczema was relentless until I started using Planet Ayurveda’s herbal remedies. The itching and redness have significantly reduced. A friend’s child also experienced remarkable improvement with their eczema using these herbs. Highly recommend them!
