This event definitely changed my life- I sobbed through much of day 1, beginning right about where this video ends- it was such sweet release and I left Sedona lighter than when I arrived. I just now grabbed a notebook and started to follow along again with the full video in AEP. So far the feeling without the circumstance is guilt/shame/remorse/sadness. I have to look at it like this realizing after decades of work - that ego not only cannot be healed, it has no interest whatsoever because it cannot even see itself as the problem…THE problem 💯

I just watched this first hour episode on AEP and in addition to it being wonderfully expansive, it made clear to me how far Kyle has come on his journey(and me on mine) since this event took place... because his current content is at a higher frequency than even what this seminar brought out. ❤ If you're really serious about changing your life experience then I highly recommend joining AEP... because WOW is the Now moving at light speed for this seminar to feel like it took place years ago ✨✨✨

The annoying thing is that I keep looking outside or projecting into the future even though I know that the issue is within me and that my being present with it and shining awareness on it, it will dissolve.

Wish I could understand this better. My inner child gets real mad when people are mean to me. So then I cut them out of my life, and then I am sad because I miss the times when they were not mean. Am I suppose to give them another chance to be mean to me?
