The third relaxdaily tune featuring coastal impressions from my recent Portugal video trip. Views I was able to capture on a beautiful evening at the ocean.

We all know what healing is about. Something, someone, maybe you, maybe society, maybe the planet is hurt, is broken, is in pain. Either because it’s at its lifecycle end, or because of an illness. The first is simply part of the wheel of life. The second can often be counteracted.
Healing is close to regeneration. It’s similar. It’s also close to rest, relaxation, and sleep. In sleep we heal and regenerate, too. Many systems regenerate or heal simply from letting them alone and giving them time. Sometimes not continuing to do something that created the illness is the key.
Other times there might be a specific treatment necessary to initiate healing for a specific illness. I believe there are often multiple paths that can lead to healing. Often also, the healing process has a time window of activation. I had to see people die needlessly to be able to say that.
If we start taking care of ourselves or something too late, it might actually be too late. Some systems cannot recover after reaching a certain point of destruction. In any case, I called this tune ‘Heal’. Often we can heal if we choose to do what is necessary to heal. Let the healing begin.

It can be a beautiful, meaningful, tone setting, or inspiring soundtrack that accompanies us through a moment, through the day, or through life. Many use my recordings and piano music as background music while doing mental or creative work, as music for studying, to achieve better focus, doing homework, as relaxing music, spa, bar, lounge, cafe music, as music for yoga, while meditating or simply to fill their space with light, calm, peaceful and positive music.
This project is not as much about a genre as it is about a feeling. A way of life. With music I'm trying to take some of the heat and speed out of our generally way too busy lives. A soundtrack for you, when you feel the need for calm and positive, cooling and liberating tunes. Or some good fuel for your mind, heart, soul. Made with true love. The real currency.

They allow me to go out once a day for a little-little walk with our dog, which I’m Happy about. It was nice yesterday to see the sun coming up from the horizon, again after the darkest wintertime.

Some nights, in the middle of the night when I cannot sleep, I am up and I look out my window and up into the night sky, I see stars upon stars; Some shine more brightly than others, sometimes I see shooting-stars (that's exciting), some are larger than others some are tiny tiny little lights all twinkling in a darkened sky. I can see a galaxy in the solar system (The Milky Way) and many light years away I know there exists solar winds, and energy, that warmth of a new day. I get so awe-struck. One of the reasons is probably because as a child I would lay under the stars with my Dad, and just gaze up at them, marveling at their beauty. Whatever the reason is as to why anyone looks up, I know that after I watch for a while at the starry night sky I feel comforted . This is metaphorically similar to listening to Relaxdaily; A feeling of comfort, of being nestled in a space that feels loved with light and warmth and gentle energy, and many stars that shine light and twinkle out onto us. Metaphysically, this is a good space to occupy. Thank You again for your healing ways and beautiful compositions. Your musical gifts are appreciated. 🌼🌷☘😌
