I don’t often comment on videos but I wanted to share. I listened to this all night last night and it was weirdly powerful and amazing. Every time I woke up a bit in the night, I felt this sense of being really strong and solid and bathed in a soothing red colour (which makes sense for this chakra of course). I feel different this morning. My root energy center feels really supercharged like a full battery… I’m in the process of rejuvenating my physical and mental health… I’m going to listen to a sacral one tonight. Thanks so much 🙏🏼

Really powerful meditation btw. I SAW the bright and vibrant red colour for the first hour and it felt amazing. I’ve been working on balancing this root chakra for over a month or two now and it’s really changed my life and friends have noticed that I’m much more grounded after years of total chaos and tragedy, housing instability (ongoing) and I feel so much more safe and secure now. I was so insecure before from so many years of psychological, emotional and verbal abuse as well as sexual so it’s been really rough but I’m finally feeling more stable and grounded and that’s a miracle! ❤

Sending you lots of Love and ongoing Stability!! I had the past decade filled with every kind of trauma and abuse, as well as crippling long term chronic illness. And, started to look deeper into my past and childhood as a result of it - and saw the roots go way back, even into generations before me, and my parents as well. But I need to heal my own acute traumas and abuse before really managing the ancestral stuff; but it's good to have an awareness of it, and for me helps to understand a lot of what happened isn't personal, and is within a context of the same things happening to our people and bloodlines going as far back as we know..
