I had this realization with a leaf of all things. I used to walk to work every day many years ago and used to pass by a flower shop and on the out side wall there used to be this vine growing and it had this very weird leafs and I used to see it all the time and wonder in its beauty One day I decided to cut it And as I was going to do it I think the leaf new my intention because I started to think on how it was going to die if I cut it out. Bless you all❣️ I’ve got severe PTSD for 10 years that hasn’t responded to every therapy going. It stemmed from a severe, Covert type of Psychological abuse that’ sadly is mostly misunderstood. I was recommended Inpatient Residential Trauma Treatment in 2012 - still can’t get it as Insurance won’t pay. It’s like Cancer and gets worse if left untreated. I’m a medical professional myself & have a lot of knowledge yet accessing that specialised Care is financially impossible. So living with my Trauma & PTSD symptoms 24/7 daily and constant almost 10 years is human Torture. I’m now getting physically sick as that’s what Emotional and Psychological Trauma causes without the correct help for every individual. Please Pray for me and I send Prayers, Love and Light to all 💕

This also works for people who have suffered from a broken heart placed by witnessing the toxic relationship of their parents. Years and years of carrying that internalized baggage from a child to a adult in and out of romantic relationships, and we never realize deep down inside that the real reason of why we are angry with our parents is because we are just heart broken children, who never got the love or attention we truly deserved, who never got the chance to speak up and be heard by our parents, who never got support, who never learned to truly love ourselves.

And sometimes we roleplay our parents toxic relationship with our partners too. It's our inner childs desperate attempt to "redo" those relationships with our dad &/or mom. A lot of times we don't even realize we're doing it. It's subconscious. We feel so unresolved to the point of trying to heal it by projecting them onto ourselves and our romantic partners. Don't beat yourself up if this has been a pattern for you. Simply learn from it and keep doing your best to create positive changes in your life. When I was recovering from my narcissistic abuser. I googled and read everything I could get my hands on, there I saw in black and white print what had been done to me. Or rather what I allowed. I was alone during lockdown. So I googled on KZbin narcissistic abuse and found a ton of channels and heard so many stories just like mine. I came to learn that my nervous system and my brain had to physically detox. I took hot epsom salt baths every night, and Tylenol for the physical pain. And realized I was addicted to the reconciliation part of the dynamic. Love does not hurt, it expands and brings safety. Narcissists are attracted to strong people who they want to make weak, therefore, you are stronger than you know!

I absolutely love the fact that this is about giving yourself that love and putting all your energy into yourself. If all i could say right now about my emotions the past few days… i have been broken up with my ex for a few months. Lets just say he got back with his ex after being with me for two years. And i waited for him to change because i thought he was better. When im not the one he wanted to change for. I was never the one he wanted all along! Im just a ordinary girl slowly moving on. I dont wish him bad luck no matter how many times ive cried and him not caring about a single tear that dropped down my face crying my eyes out infront of him. I was so naive and delusional. You made me think i was crazy. When i knew the whole time! Im HEARTBROKEN. I miss him when i shouldnt. I miss someone being able to protect me. And at a time made me feel like i wasnt crazy in my own head. Ive dreamt about getting to hold him one day and laying my head on his chest and him holding me tight. This just will never happen again. Please pray for my healing. I wrote this message pouring my heart hoping someone understands.

Dear Wanda, I send you send you a heart felt hug. I do not know you but now here I do! We are all healing together, following light and love, the one that is in our hearts and around us. I hope you heal a little bit more every day until one day you will find your self beating calmly realising that you got through it. I was listening to another video playing the 7.28Hz Frequency and felt grounded enough and inspired to write back a dear friend of mine who I'd definitely been neglecting communication with (this past year I've struggled to open up or connect with anyone really)... but then as I was writing out my message this 528Hz Frequency came on and my heart just poured out through my words. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I needed this and I needed to read all of the prior comments to help me find my way back to the light. I have taken on so much and the abuse I received from being the right person for the wrong person had me thinking of terrible things. I just wanted to receive the same love I was giving and I got damaged. I am ready to let go of all my childhood and adult hurt from loving the wrong people and love myself. I’m going to embrace me and learn to love me and not seek the love of others thinking I am empty inside when I am full of love because I am love.
