I'm not sure the word "masterpiece" can even begin to capture how stunning and powerful this audio is! Everything from the stellar sound design to the slightest inflections in your voice helped the flesh out not just this character and their relationships, but the world as well! You fit these characters into this space in a way that makes their backstories and lives feel so natural! Their past and dynamic make for a level of familiarity that gives their emotions so much depth, and you convey all of that perfectly! Ever bit of built-up anger and pain in their argument stung, and every bit of playful joking and flirting was enough to make me smile! You did a marvelous job with this audio, it's absolutely awe-inspiring!

I want one where she sneaks out while he's asleep to enact her plan without putting him in danger. Then when he wakes up and sees that she's gone, he knows exactly what she's doing. So he quickly makes his way and joins her while she's already in the middle of a fight. Then the two of them bicker like an old married couple as the fight back to back.

This couple is so beautiful, I wish them happiness and peace without war. They are ready to give their lives for each other and it is so touching... I see it! But I also can't tell if that's my own projection talking (I'm aro) or not XD my personal opinion is that they're probably demiromantic (only getting romantic attractions after forging a strong emotional connection) but have a tough time admitting the feelings they've developed because they don't want things to change between the two of them. I also kinda get a vibe that they don't know how to or feel comfortable navigating those kinds of feelings and have a slight fear of intimacy (or maybe that's my projection talking again...)

God I love this series so much... the way he says everything in a way you know he really means it just pulls at my heart strings. Honestly, this has been one of my comfort series from the beginning. This and the vampire x vampire hunter series have just sealed the deal. You're literally amazing. I love how you really become each separate character and create these different worlds. One of my favorites things since finding this channel is just how good you are at using the background noises. They help so much more to visualize the worlds and scenarios you create. It's just one of those things that I think really shows the amount of effort you put in and makes me appreciate you so much more. We'll call it the ramblings of an aspiring writer lol Aaaaaaaaaa I'm about to make this so much worse 😭😭😭 Bright Blade awakens as just as the early morning light makes its way through the curtains. They turn over and look longingly at the sleeping figure next to them. Someone who had been a life long friend, despite the recent animosity that had befallen the two just a few months prior. Someone, who in another life, could have been someone they loved. But looking back did nothing for the present. They pursed their lips, slowly and silently slipping out of the bed, trying to not wake the man next to them. The lights from the evening prior had long since gone out. Leaving only the gentle blue lighting from the outside. As bright blade brought both feet to the ground and stood, they instantly recoiled their injured leg, gasping sharply in pain. They grasped the bed post next to them tightly, looking back once more to ensure the sleeping figure hadn't woken up. He must've been exhausted, considering how light a sleeper he typically was. The pain made it difficult to move, but bright blade had already made up their mind. They had to leave. Immediately. If the assasination attempt was any indication, something sinister was brewing below the surface. They didn't know what, but it confirmed their worst fears. Whatever was happening would put him and the twice dead crown in danger. Solving the issue would need to be bright blade's duty, and theirs alone. If he had been awake, they know he would try to talk them out of it. But, they couldn't loose him. Not again. With a newly determined resolve, bright blade began making their way over to the desk across the room. They could barely see the floor and stumbled more times than they would like to admit. They finally made it over to the desk and grabbed a match from the small drawer farthest to the right, then lit the tall, thin candle on top of it. They then moved to the center drawer, pulling out a blank piece of parchment, setting it on the flat surface in front of the candle. Grabbing the the quill from its holder and dipping it in the nearly dried ink, they began to write. *My dear, I have many regrets in my life. One of those being leaving you all those years ago. But if I could go back, I'm not sure I'd change my decision. Everything I've done, I've done for you. Perhaps I never noticed your feelings, but I've seen the way you behave around me. You throw yourself into situations for my sake without pause. You're reckless. While, it is charming to say the least, if I had gone with you all those years ago, I think you would have been the same as you ruled. I couldn't let myself hold you back. I never wanted to choose between the two of you, but when it turned into an ultimatum, I had a decision to make. My choice was to keep you safe. So even though I went back on our word and hurt you, you would be safe, even if it meant you hated me. In another world, perhaps we could have been lovers, but not in this one. For you, are my greatest weakness. When I'm around you there's this sense of euphoria and stability. Its the most comforting thing I've ever known. But when Im away from you there's this suffocating ache in my chest that I fear would never go away if I were to lose you. The desperation to be near you is only outweighed by the need to protect you. All of this is to say, I love you too. But allowing myself the ability to indulge in my emotions is not a luxury I possess, which is why I cannot return your feelings. One day, they could be used against us. If I were to lose you, I would never recover. I would die before I ever let you slip into death's cold hands. I'm sure its the same for you. Which is why I must leave. These past few months have made me reconsider everything. If you are to remain safe, I can never see you again. I'm sorry its come to this, but I don't think I have a choice any longer. By the time you read this, I will be on my way back to my home. Do not try to contact me. I'm so sorry, my love. Good bye. Forever yours, Bright Blade* With the letter finished, they blew out the candle on the desk and put the quill back. Bright blade began collecting the little items they had brought with them. After they had gotten everything, they quietly made their way to the door and looked back one more time. A remorseful, bittersweet smile on their face as their eyes welled with tears to never fall. With that, bright blade turned away and opened the door to the dark corridor outside. Still full of their assailants from the previous night. Just then, a voice interrupted their thoughts, "I should have known you would try to pull something like this..."
