There was a time in my life when I felt unworthy of love.
I had horrible thoughts about myself; thoughts no one should have.
But through it all, I had a constant companion. One who never left my side. My beautiful cat Perseus.

When I felt unworthy of love and affection. He was always there, cuddling me, purring. They say a cat’s purr can lower your blood pressure, but I know it can heal deep and ancient wounds.

I have a little black cat who likes to get on my chest, gives me two head bumps, and then gets comfortable. He is able to lower my heart rate and blood pressure. Every time. Cats are a precious part of the Creator, I think. Sleep well, too.

I got another little one had her about 5 months, and she does the same, haha. Soon as i lay down,she walks on my chest but comes right up bumps my face , or head then tries sleeping under my chin,but has to settle for chest. She also loves the sound bath's and my older cat tigger is really stressed out atm but slept all-day when i left one of these bath's playing in my bedroom. Well, everything is made of vibration, so it makes sense, i guess ✌🏻

My friends cat even from a kitten would know where you have pain, he came and purred on my stomach and my friends leg, right where the pain was. No matter what you're going through, it's a good day when you wake up to a cat saying hi in the morning. Cats are healers for sure 😊

This is honestly one of my favorite sound baths. The kitty purrs are magical! I just LOVE it. I've read about some of the healing properties of cat purrs, and I've always loved the sound and the wonderful purr vibrations when my kitties snuggle with me. Wow! I have a new kitty named Thomas and he came from a sketchy home where he was negletced and Ive been trying to get him to come out and play and just be around him as much as I can to get used to each other since November. As soon as I put this video on, within literally a minute he came upstairs right into my room and started rubbing aginst the speaker!!! I have yet to pet him, but he's coming up to me closer and closer. I know my patience will pay off and I this video will make us both feel better while we grow our bond! Thank you so much, I literally started crying the moment I heard your voice... okay excuse the word vomit- i've been mid panic attack for almost a couple hours now because I got a notif that I might be doing badly or at risk to fail one of my courses. I stumbled upon this gem of a video in my teary eyed attempt to calm myself down while chatting with a crisis hotline even though I haven't been suicidal at all, just INSANELY WORRIED and blowing things out of proportion. i can already feel the knot in my stomach loosening, my breathing is getting slower, and the tingle in my hands is fading. if anyone has any student advice for me in this situation, please feel free! i think I'm gonna go get some rest after listening for a half hour and tackle this with my parents by my side. stay beautiful everyone

I fell asleep listening to this & i had the most beautiful visualisations where i was visited by every cat i have loved and lost in my lifetime (including my 19 year old baby i lost last year) Each cat greeted me individually and proceed to curl up beside my body joining in with the chorus of purring. This is beautiful, thank you so much. I went to visit my kitty yesterday - she is still at my parent's house - and she immediately chirped when she saw me, and purred sooooo deeply as I gave her lots of pets and massaged her. They are such beautiful, knowing creatures.

This was the most comforting, nostalgic sleep I've had in a long time. Love my cat, her name is Arya, she was put down by my family when I moved away I miss her n love her. Thanks for this, so much love and appreciation, I wasn't expecting the feelings but I Am Grateful. Blessings 🙏 🤙

Someone stole my baby parrot years ago and I still cry all the time missing her and wishing I knew better. She helped me through some horrible and abusive times in my life and she would say I love you to me at night. Hoping to have the strength to adopt an animal again, and continue to heal the agony.
