Encouraging information. 🙏 Thank you both!! I’d like an interview with Dr. Schubiner who talks a lot about pain, but I would like his take on chronic fatigue.

Really enjoyed this interview, particularly talking about taking incremental steps and celebrating our achievements. It’s so easy to be looking and reaching for the finish line before we have run the race. Thank you both 🥰

Thanks Ben for the amazing conversation with Brian. I personally want to see more of these talks, so full of knowledge and little tricks that we can implement in our daily basis but also very encouraging. Thank you

It seems these types of healing modalities work on diseases you cannot see but not the visible ones such as skin disease.

Does brain retraining work on the conscious brain or unconscious brain thinking?
@re_origin8 ай бұрын
Brain retraining primarily targets the unconscious brain, which is responsible for our automatic thoughts, beliefs, and responses. Brain retraining aims to rewire these automatic patterns by creating new neural pathways and altering maladaptive ones. We do this to change our unconscious reactions to stimuli, leading to improved mental and physical health. The conscious brain is involved in the process, mainly to serve as a tool for intentionally engaging in retraining exercises and techniques. If you have further questions please feel free to reach out to support@re-origin.com!
