Also I am a med student currently and in the Family Med clinic the main water recommendation I hear daily for individuals without renal/cardiac conditions is 8 cups/4 regular bottles/one 2L bottle of water per day to meet daily hydration goals!

I love your content! Just a minor comment that the text "ding" sound was a bit distracting - I love having your videos on in the background while I clean so I'm not always actively in front of the computer, and every time the "ding" sounded I would have to run back to see what was going on only to realize it was a sound effect. Just my personal recommendation to maybe omit this part next time but I do appreciate all the effort that goes into editing!

Good question, I haven’t had that experience since I went in stating that I just want to focus on my fitness. BUT, I do know the coaches are there to hold you accountable and you can switch/change coaches based on your goals.

Anything that a normal personal trainer would give you advice with, the expert personal trainers on trainwell (formerly Copilot) can provide similar advice! But you’re connected to them daily!

what!! No way!? I guess you’re not a barre/pilates girlie hahaha which is totally ok! The good thing is Trainwell is so customizable, I go into the gym twice a week and personally I LOVE barre workouts! Also, I can’t join a sports team rn bc my neck and back are still healing from a car accident.

Doctors would rather prescribe medication and they don’t know as much about diets as dietitians. I’m a dietitian that you should go to for customized diets. I remember you went to one.❤

I definitely think there’s a time/place for meds. I mean I took depression/anxiety meds bc I really needed them and they were a world of help. But I think I get what you’re saying… I’ll definitely look into a dietitian again! :)

Yeah I don’t understand, I have Apple and I LOVE the sound effect. It’s pretty subtle and goes well with the music, also the whole point of sound effects is to make you look at the screen 🥹 Sucks some ppl don’t love it but I’ll probably still use it bc I was so excited about this new edit 😭😭 I’ll try to use it less tho!

Reccomendation for an easy protein meal: Chickpeas (can be canned) with some paprica and spinach. Personally cook it on a pan (but it's fast). And then adding some peanut butter 🌼

Gut health imbalnces, your microbiome can cause anxiety and depression. Seek functional med doctor, theyll do stool test , see if you hv leaky gut, dysbiosis, h pylori etc. Dont wait for you to physicall feel stomach issues...its already done alot damage by then.
