Just FYI, living in a hot place and working out often actually means that’s it’s more dangerous for you to drink too much water. If you’re sweating out your electrolytes, you’re only further depleting your electrolytes by chugging plain water. The 75 hard community looks down on adding electrolytes to your water, even unsweetened electrolytes, but it could save your life, as people have died from over hydration and electrolytes imbalances

It can be dangerous though because supplementing can cause abnormal levels of electrolytes. I think everyone should just do as much research as possible and talk to their doctors as well!

I am so in love with this new series of your blogs. But this one got me emotional knowing that you are diagnosed with something i have been dealing with for 10 years. After trying all kinda of meds and consultations, i learned that pcos is merely a diet. I was advised to avoid carbs, dairy, and sugar. focus on eating more veggies and seeds (esp sunflower seeds). Recently i purchased a juicer and started drinking carrot juice and ginger shots. i hope you see a great result from aip💚✨

I can tell that you have so much respect and love for your body cause you don’t push yourself to do things you don’t want to be doing or that don’t feel right to you, that’s probably why you have that amount of discipline

I've been subbed to you for I think 5ish years now, maybe a bit longer and I know you've mentioned previously how you have struggled with consistency, so seeing you finally working through that and pushing yourself to be consistent is super inspiring!!! I have similar story with PCOS (yes in blood work and symptoms but not in USG) but I don't think official diagnosis would change anything because I don't want to take any hormones, just help my body with exercises and diet. The thing that helped me the most were supplements: D, NAC, omega 3 for inflammation and mio-inozytol - this one is game changer. Good luck with your challenge 🌺

My dad had some serious inflammation issues as well and it turned out he was intolerant to a lot of foods (most inflammatory foods you already mentioned). They find out that he had a big issue with garlic. So, it might be interesting for you to also try to limit your garlic intake. I'm not a specialist at all, but his story seems very similar to yours.

Just one thing about PCOS: what they are looking for during the ultrasound is not cysts but an excessive number of immature follicles that accumulate in the ovaries, which appear as little black dots. They thought those dots were cysts back when that syndrom wasn't well studied so it ended up being called Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, but ovarian cysts are actually a different health issue.
@AnnaLenkovska6 ай бұрын
Oh wow I had no idea! That’s so interesting, thanks for letting us know 🥹

@@AnnaLenkovska Lots of doctors keep saying "cysts" instead of follicles so it can be sooo confusing, especially if you do get problematic ovarian cysts as well. I've been diagnosed for years but I understood that nuance only a couple of months ago... It's crazy how it hard it can be to find legit info about a condition that affects so many of us 😢

I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis through surgery, and have been in chronic pain since February. The surgery only helped (so far) with pain that a cyst was causing me. My surgeon said she doesn’t suspect that I have PCOS bc my period is consistent but I feel like I have other symptoms as well as having symptoms of PMDD, which I forgot to bring up and I’m also waiting until my 6 month appt to see if the surgery actually helped and if my luteal phase depression is a result of my endo or if it’s actually PMDD

Hi Anna💗why don't you make adulting 101 which no one tells you about growing as an young adult... I'm gonna turn 20 this year & I feel so alone like I see nobody really cares about you enough to even ask how am I doing & all . I see not a single person to be interested enough to even have a good conversation & build friendship. All they do is work related talks & other surface level small talk...seems nobody really cares to have meaningful friendship around nor do they share their happenings in life....I really don't know how to navigate all through these. After all I feel much understanding of others, their povs & not taking anything so personally where I supress my emotions which nobody cares to understand. What should I do ? I really look up to you & want serious help as a video how to face life❤

You actually don't have to have cysts to have pcos! There are different versions and varieties of pcos, but if you have 2/3 of those symptoms that you listed, you meet the diagnosis. The cysts are basically a symptom that many people experience with extreme pcos, but not all! If you have irregular periods and high testosterone, then you meet the diagnosis, and your symptoms overall will align with pcos symptoms!
