Healing from Trauma: The Life-Giving Power of Homeschooling

After homeschooling and raising three children to adulthood, Scott and Jeanie King embarked on an amazing journey of foster care and adoption that brought them four more children. The trauma these children had experienced meant they each required a gentle and unique approach to learning. Although they weren't initially planning to homeschool again, Scott and Jeanie found that homeschooling provided the perfect opportunity to give their four younger children exactly what they needed.
