Healing Meditation 7 2 24 "Yes. And..."

After an introduction by her darling niece, Kara, this week's video begins with Debra showing us the mineral selenite. Selenite is a powerful material that helps to clear energy and support a calmness. Many people hold selenite during meditation because its soft surface and gentle weight are soothing. Debra then focuses on the idea (used by improvisation actors), "Yes. And..." The Yes invites us to accept life on life's terms, to avoid resistance and 'go with the flow.' Acceptance is both freeing and calming ~ "Thank you, God. I wouldn't have it any other way." The second part of the idea is the "And..." Choosing to look at opportunities instead of resisting them by saying, "But..." There are so many adventures that lie ahead in this brief series of moments that make up a human life! When we say, "Yes. And..." we become open to more of them.
