Michael, Jesus is living inside Billy Burke, Speaking through His lips by the Power of the Holy Spirit, He is the first to tell you,"It is Jesus who heals you I can not do this!. Michael , Even the very words coming out your own mouth---"-IN Jesus name,"---don't carry power unless your own heart is acknowledging that Jesus is just using me to lay his hands on the sick and they are recovering. When Billy Burke says , "POWER" His heart is proclaiming, Jesus power to heal. I hope this helps. Even Peter"s shadow healed people. So does Billy Burke's shadow heal.
