Michael, Jesus is living inside Billy Burke, Speaking through His lips by the Power of the Holy Spirit, He is the first to tell you,"It is Jesus who heals you I can not do this!. Michael , Even the very words coming out your own mouth---"-IN Jesus name,"---don't carry power unless your own heart is acknowledging that Jesus is just using me to lay his hands on the sick and they are recovering. When Billy Burke says , "POWER" His heart is proclaiming, Jesus power to heal. I hope this helps. Even Peter"s shadow healed people. So does Billy Burke's shadow heal. Peter was just near them not saying words, "in Jesus name." It takes knowing in your heart.
