I'm recently widowed and the pit started right after the funeral. I was now all alone. I could barely sleep and.I was depressed and crying a lot. I just finally kept talking to Jesus and He started to finally pull me out. It's still tough at times but I just keep talking to God and got out more and be around people and talk about it. Jesus has really taken care of me and given me His love and is slowly removing the pit. Thank you Jesus! ❤

Bless you! My daughter lost her husband. The children had a difficult time too. She saw a therapist. She still hurts with the loss of her husband of almost 11 years but she is taking the kids and putting them into all kinds of sports and keeping them busy. She's staying busy with them. And she has a little business on the side that she does as well. Every once in a while she'll still post about the pain and it's been. It's just been over four years now and my heart breaks for her but she is very strong and if she wasn't , I don't think she would have gotten as far as she has. It's hard to say how long her heart will ache. They were so much in love.

I had moments where I was doubtful about the holy books. How can it be discrimination, hard stuffs. Until I come across one verse in which God was saying every time I wrote the scripts Satan puts his hands into it. I put on the victim spirit immediately. And thought why God let him do so. I had the 5 steps of grief but I give it time, and wait for God. I started to see for myself that when my boys were little, and I baked cake they used to put their fingers in the dough. I let them taste. Didn't scold them and the cake was still good. I didn't tell the guests either that the boys had their fingers in the dough. But God is a democrat enough to tell us. Is it so that satan is loved too? Doesn't mean that he won't be jealous of us. And I thought well both sides are served in the holy books. We better choose wisely, or stay neutral, give it to the one who writes it down. I hope that I did not offend anyone. Just my thoughts.

For me, the pit is where I go when I’m feeling angry or upset. It doesn’t have anything to do with feeling sorry it has to do with not affecting other people with what’s coming out of me. I need to take a step back sometimes and be by myself and work through things. And I’ll say it again, the last thing I wanna do is have other people, pick up on anger, sadness, grief, or being upset. Because I don’t think that’s fair so I do it differently than how you’re describing.
