So I think, when we begin to meditate, we will find the truth about ourself. Everybody him/herself will notice one day, that we are present silence. There is no diference between me and you. The step into the futur where society is going to heal it self, is already made with everbody who believes in it. thx

I haven't listened to you Russel in some time as I have been dealing with a severe injury. But tonight, finally being well, spirit very strongly guided me to tune into your channel. They said there was a very important video to watch...this one. Phenomenal I must say! I am so excited to hear of the work that is being done. This is how we change the world!!! I do an ancient meditation that I learned from world renowned healer (she is incredibly powerful) Deborah King. This meditation specifically activates your eighth chakra, which holds your gifts that are unique to you. This is an incredibly powerful meditation (which she teaches from her website through a course you can take at any time) I feel divine energy pouring through my crown chakra and blankets of energy coming down over my entire body. Bob is a leading example of the power of meditation. His energy is in credibly crisp and clear and his skin is incredibly healthy. Again, so excited to receive this information!! ~ Thank you Russel.

Offering mediation in hospitals is a great idea! For staff and patients! Patients, will aid healing & peace of mind & being in tune with best decision making for their own health outcomes, to know what to agree to & say no to, while they are in that disorienting & stressful time. For Drs, nurses, many of whom I know from listening to many interviews, plus people I've heard from directly, who have been vaccine injured, where Drs & nurses are denying it could have anything to do with the vaccine, even sometimes in ridiculously obvious circumstances, where their injury began immediately after vaccine..... awakening the reality (helping those minds become UN-BRAINWASHED & able to see clearly) could help more truths come out about what's been going on

Meditation on deeper levels, a kind of self-hypnosis, is also an excellent tool for working on traumas from this and previous incarnations or healing, because the disease is visible in the energy field before it appears physically. By raising the vibration to higher levels, we have an access to other civilizations btw ;) If people knew how powerful this practice is, they would meditate whenever they had free time. Combination of “matrix” information, e.g. from numerology with the practice of meditation has completely changed my life🥰

"The number 1 cause of death is caused by modern medicine..." Let me take a gander that that's largely because "modern medicine" saved the person past what they could've lived with their disease state before the medicine/treatment, itself, took its toll.

@@thechicantique4567 I love my meditation practice so much and look forward to it every day. I never worked at it I just started really wanting to do it. My practice was very haphazard for years and it gradually became essential to me. For me it can feel like an indulgent pleasure to meditate for two hours now. I don't feel that meditation is a practice that should be imposed on you or the joy is removed. But having said that meditating with a community can really deepen the practice quickly. You will love it! Give yourself literal 1 minute silent periods in the day and see if that seed turns into 5 minutes and so on. Most importantly have fun

I use 100% of my discretionary money helping others - and animals. I don’t save for retirement or take vacations or save a penny. I own just a few very inexpensive outfits and no jewelry or shoes that cost more than $10. I don’t spend money on any vain item or toys for myself. I feed myself and purchase the bare bones to exist and pay my bills. I live paycheck to paycheck so that I can give away every cent that isn’t required for my survival. The man who buys too many clothes to keep and charges people to meditate and is a gazillionaire just claimed he can’t be challenged regarding compassion. Uh huh

im conflicted by all of this. i actually bit the bullet and booked a session with a TM teacher because of this and was given some scholarships but still paid 280. i honest to God actually feel like i meditated and found the place everyone talks about. i do believe people can do it without a teacher or other means but i honestly could not do it. i even googled what mantra i would get by my age and thats the exact mantra i was given by my teacher but idk just something about them teaching me allowed me to do it. but she reminded me it was me that did it not her. idk what to think if its bad or good.... i just know myself i needed a teacher to get me to that place but now i can reach it by myself probably because i can whole heartedly believe its a real place. any feedback on my comment would be appreciated, bless

@@luns94 that’s awesome that it worked for you. I’ve got nothing against paying for a teacher, I just think that if the paywall is so high that most people would need either insurance or a scholarship to cover it, it’s too high. That’s why I taught myself using my own mantra.

@@playerone2772 yeah i definitely agree. i seen the david lynch foundation was going to pay for people with ptsd and things like that but i got an email from them saying they didn't have anymore funds or something. i myself am disabled and couldn't afford it and had to save money for months even with the scholarship they offered which im still grateful. there most probably is greed somewhere, but i guess that's just the way it is... i believe these teachers need a salary to live and teach but yeah idk how the cost got so high
