Longkhum Village is One of the Must visit places in Nagaland. You will see Healing Water, caves, Stone Bridge and the innovative invention of Longkhum Scientist, Mr. S Ayim Longkumer, who is also the recipient of Nagaland Govenors Award.
Longkum is very cold in winter, cloudy and moderate during summer. They speak less but you will feel at home. They are very hospitable and hardworking. Longkhum village is famous of largest producing Tomato village under Mokochung District, Nagaland.

When we were nature worshipper Ao really transformed us into Christianity especially in remote part of Eastern Nagaland and we are blessed, so we destroyed every valuable ornaments into fire since that was an idol's practice. Now, the stone before Christianity still speak so loud and the healing water is it connected with the stone? 😅 sorry it was in Ao dialogue so pardon me if I'm wrong. Peace to all...

The video was so refreshing to watch. It brought back so many memories. Here Delhi is sizzling at 44* but looking at the fresh clean healing water was cool indeed! And watching Lt.oku Ayim, the great Naga Scientist's house, his amazing works and his widow was so touching...my parents have so many items...from sofas to pot stands to gardening tools etc all gifted by him. Always smiling even if he had his own share of sorrows. Thank you for this beautiful video. Seeing sir Mar, my spiritual sis. Asenla was nice too.

I am from Maharashtra and since long I have plan to visit this beautiful state ..Nagaland..and experience its rich culture and the famous Hornbill Festival..but it is heard that people from other states sometimes are not that much welcome & need various permits to visit this extremely beautiful & heaven like place and its interior like this amazing place . I don't know or sure about this. But wish to visit & meet my Nagamees brothers & sisters , stay with them and know them & their culture closely .

I do know a place where this two lover was resting on their journey. It's deep down in forest where there is no proper footway and I'm also sure that people don't know about that place. There were two curved stone where they used to slept and also have footprint which said to be theirs. I witness that place accidentally which I found something that got me into so I do some research and asked about that place and then I got to know about them.

hello dear, it was named Healing water by visitors because of its rich in minerals and uniqueness. It may not heal cancer or such (my opinion) but this water is naturally very pure and not contaminated. That is why, maybe it is called healing water. It is said that this water does not get moss even if it is kept in container over a year or two. It is named as we have "Angel Fall" water fall of Venezuela. The Taste of this water is also different. Thank you
