You could be breathing to hard. Try to remember to breathe out as much as you are in and not force any breathes or even hold them i would say. It could also be that your focusing on your chest which is causing you to only breathe in the top part of your lungs

Im a peaceful and lovely person. What I thought it would happen: peace, love, energy and all kinds of beautiful things. Different Instruments will aid in cleansing different chakras.. tibetan singing bowls are known to cleanse the heart chakra or the seat of the soul.. the cleansing process is also an empowering one, as we are one with the universe, the more clear the channels become the more empowered we are likewise Cymbals - solar plexus The Flute - sacral Drums - root Singing - the throat Synthesizers/Piano - the third eye Harps - the crown That being said.. if your energy is tuned correctly any instrument could technically work.. however.. it is all about the intent of the individual playing the instrument and the energies at play..
