Make yourselves comfortable and tune in with us as we play this uplifting melody of purity. Almost all of our sound baths are created using our rubber mallets, though with this session we wanted to incorporate the sounds of soft bells to help cleanse the mind and spirit. This was only able to be achieved with our suede mallets, creating sounds different from most of our content. With the slow rolling note C as the base, I wrote most of this sound bath, lost my place while playing and then freestyled the rest of it, lol. We hope you enjoy how it turned out while feeling sensations of purity and bliss!

I really needed this thank you. I quit my job today because it was extremely toxic and draining physically and emotionally for me. But now I am feeling extremely anxious like I made a bad choice. I know for my own well being I needed to get out of that toxic environment but now I am scared that I will be a disappointment to the people around me. I took the first job i could find as I just graduated college. Which was a front desk worker at a hotel. Going into it I was not passionate about it at all. But every day at that job I did my absolute best no matter how rude customers were to me or how mean to me the staff was. Most of the staff were middle aged overweight women who would constantly skinny shame me and call me a "crazy health nut"... while the male staff make me feel uncomfortable all the time. Costumers would come to the desk and yell at me if their room wasn't cleaned by the maids and I would feel extremely anxious because I wanted to fix the problem but the best I could do was apologize and tell them that I will tell the staff to clean their room.. but the staff was lazy, negligent and so negative.. to everyone. It was really killing my soul. But now I'm scared about letting people down. I know that company doesn't really care about me but I still feel really guilty now... I know that I just need a break to meditate and focus on my own mental health and well being for a little bit.

Don’t feel bad or guilty for choosing yourself over a situation that was toxic and draining! You took your power back!! You made the best decision for you & that’s what really matters. The people you’re worried about disappointing don’t actually have to live your life, try focusing on what makes you happy and what it is you really want to do. Here’s an affirmation I repeat daily whenever I feel myself becoming stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed: “Everything always works out for me.” No matter if the outcome is what I desire or not lol, somehow, someway it always works out 🙂 Sending you lots of love and light 🙂🤍✨

When I do my yoga practice with this it does something profound & healing. An experience that's difficult to put into words. When I take my healing delta 8 medicine & place headphones on & just listen, it does the same thing or something very similar. I'm absorbed into the sound bath. Become one with it. There are also times when my body will resist the sounds. It'll just be uncomfortable but I welcome that uncomfortableness. Make friends with it. Not every session will be same I guess is what I'm getting at. There may be times when it feels less pleasant. That to me allows room for appreciation for the times when it is amazing! 🧡🧘‍♀️🙏 Thank you!

I stumbled upon this video last night. My frequency had been feeling a bit “off” after an interaction with some people during the evening. As I played this video I felt this peace enter my heart. I laid in bed and listened for only three minutes or so and then turned it off and went to sleep. When I awoke in the morning, I was filled with this radiant warm light emanating in and through me. It was like a warm light bath. It’s as if listening to the bowls last night helped align my frequency again right before bed, allowing me to wake up in such a peaceful glowing state.
