Forget healing other peoples tech or tajwid. You need to heal yourself before healing anything else. Watch your older videos. This will allow you to move on. Focus on building yourself. And forget about this person. Everybody goes through a low point in their life. Its ok. But a strong person focuses on improving themselves and wants to create a positive change for themselves. Dont push the people who care away. Respect and listen to peoples advice and reflect for your own betterment.

As soon as he stopped taking medicine, he was over thinking and talking all sorts. Abit like you. Go home and seek help from your family and friends. I'm sure they are telling you to do the same thing.
