That made my day when the lady told the patient that she will be back to pick her up and that she was in good hands. That might not be a good thing since some places just don't care about the patient. However she knew you would be kind and respectful to the older lady. Such a great thing you provide for these good folks.

This agency did care enough to send the patient there. Patients also have to agree to it, they can refuse to be treated.

I just want to cry....how come nobody saw about this woman...my mom is 79 years old and has dementia and there is no way her feet look like this my sister and I make sure she gets her feet done whenever she gets her nails done....this breaks my heart

I live in St. Louis I would love to come to you the care you take with your patients is awesome, the podiatrist I went to here doesn’t even soak the patients feet like you do just puts a wet towel on them & I have calluses that hurt I had to tell her to stop trying to scrape my feet it was painful.

What would you say, if you heard a podiatrist's office said they will no longer trim or treat anyone's toenails, even if they are disabled diabetics who can't reach their feet, and tend to get ingrown toenails, because quote "It doesn't make enough money in the office." ? My mother's podiatrist is forbidden to trim and treat her toenails, even if they're ingrown and inflected. His office has made a rule regarding that, and I think it's awful. A lot of people are going to suffer because of that. I think it should be illegal. Diabetics are at higher risk of deadly infections. Keep up the great work helping people.💙

Wow this my first time hearing that a salon will turn you away. My toenails are thick, brittle and yellow well light brown not really dark. Again, here in Chi Town and yeah they service me. Where I go now the first time she didn't file my big nail down the free edge I had tovask. While I was there I watched the young man service his customer. Before I left I asked him what ischis name. That is who I name I write down next to the service I get which is a pedicure.

How do people ignore their feet like this? Why do they let them get this bad? I’m old but I make it a point to care for my feet. Feet change as we get older and you have to care for them. All that dead skin? There isn’t any excuse for that. You need to use a special sponge to get that dead skin off. It isn’t expensive you can get them at CVS. And cut your nails and wash your feet. These feet looked like they were on a dead person.
