Not all vet guns are piston driver. The news was talking about the B&T TP9 (which i saw people call the VP9 from what must have been a game of telephone) or Station 6... probably because it is one of few semi auto looking handguns that is like bolt action. Thing doesn't have a slide though so I was buying it... also the suppressor is integral which leaves it shorter... But most importantly said gun is a non nfa item. They cost 6 grand a piece and simply having the money doesn't mean you will get one... recall some video about how there are only like 1000 that were sold to the US.

The person who was arrested is still "innocent" and charges are alleged at this time. I just did some internet research on this in case anyone is interested: Newsweek and Yahoo have articles that say the McDonald’s employee “may not receive the award.” They state that because 911 was called instead of the FBI or involved agencies the worker might not be able to claim the reward money even if the killer gets convicted. I can’t find anything on the topic from more reputable sources. To me, it just seems like speculation and we won’t know until more time has passed.
